This page explains how soundzonecompany — the controller of the personal data collected on this site, with studios in Istanbul and Kayseri — handles the information you share through this website. We keep it minimal and only collect what we need to reply to you.
What we collect
We only collect personal data when you choose to send it through our booking or contact form: your name, email address, phone number (booking form only), the subject of your enquiry and your message — together with the fact that you gave consent and when. For spam protection our server stores a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) and nothing else about your device. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
How we use it, and our legal basis
We use this information solely to read and respond to your booking or contact request. The legal basis is your explicit consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. Your message is delivered to our own inbox through our email provider, which processes it only to deliver the message. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to handle it and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie to remember your language preference (English or Turkish). If a staff member signs in to our admin panel, a secure session cookie keeps them logged in. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under Türkiye's KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.
